Quick answer
Everyone on board counts toward the boat’s limit, including the professionals you hire. The Premium Open Bar bartender, the DJ and the photographer take one seat each. The crew can take the place of the All Inclusive Premium grill master and bartender and of the BBQ with Sides grill master, and in that case they don’t take up guest spots. Three of WeBoat’s own boats have extra room set aside for service staff: the WeBoat 390 (16 guests, 18 on board), the WeBoat Mares 50 (22 and 23) and the WeBoat Rio Star 50 (22 and 24). On the others, the staff comes out of the total.

“The crew can replace them” means the boat’s own crew can take over these professionals’ role, and in that case they don’t take up guest spots. The table below only counts the professionals who take a seat: open bar bartender, DJ and photographer.

With the same package, the WeBoat 420 takes at most 15 guests (15 plus 3 = 18). On a Wednesday afternoon, promotional price, Route 1: R$ 3,100 for the boat, R$ 2,625 for the open bar (15 × R$ 175), R$ 1,200 for the DJ and R$ 1,000 for the photographer, a total of R$ 7,925, or R$ 528 per person.
Frequently asked questions
Do children and babies count toward capacity?
Yes. Every passenger counts toward the boat’s limit, regardless of age, weight or size.
Can the DJ bring any equipment?
The DJ and the sound equipment must be confirmed in advance, including the power allowed on the boat you book.
What if the group goes over the limit?
The proposal cannot be closed above the limit. The options are to switch to a larger boat or drop a service whose professional takes a seat: open bar, DJ or photographer.
