On weekdays, WeBoat’s six own boats have the promotional price, which favors company events from Monday to Friday. Three worked budgets: 14 people with a snack table and wine on the WeBoat 420 for R$ 6,180 (R$ 441 per person); 20 people with All Inclusive Premium on the WeBoat Rio Star 50 for R$ 8,800 (R$ 440); 40 people with BBQ on the WeBoat Malik for R$ 14,300 (R$ 358). All leave from Marina da Glória for a 5-hour trip.

When does a weekday get the promotional price?
Own boats have a promotional price Monday to Friday and on Sunday mornings. Saturdays, Sunday afternoons, public holidays, bridge days, seasonal periods, Dec 31 to Jan 15 and Carnival use the regular price.
For an end-of-year company party, today’s calendar shows:
- From Dec 1 to 19, 2026, weekdays have the promotional price.
- From Dec 20, 2026 to Jan 15, 2027, every day uses the regular price (school holidays, Christmas and New Year).
- Nov 20, 2026, the Black Consciousness Day holiday (a Friday), uses the regular price.
Partner boats, such as the Malik, have the same price every day.
Budget 1: 14 people, snack table and wine, Wednesday afternoon
A good fit for a small team that would rather eat and talk than have a BBQ.

The Premium Snack Table has quiches, cold mini wraps, focaccia with truffle oil, grissini, a cold cuts and cheese board, caprese skewers, a nut and dried fruit mix, caponata with toast, quail eggs, a fruit platter, a bread basket with artisanal spreads, soft drinks, juice and water. It does not bring any staff on board, so it takes no seat from the boat’s capacity. The wine and sparkling wine add-on is only available with the snack table.
Budget 2: 20 people, All Inclusive, Thursday afternoon
Inputs:

Frequently asked questions
Does WeBoat issue invoices?
Yes, for companies: a Brazilian invoice (nota fiscal). Ask for it when you book, with your billing details.
Can we hold the event late in the afternoon, after work?
The afternoon shift on WeBoat’s own boats runs from 2:30pm to 7:30pm. On the Catamarã Oceano, the afternoon shift runs from 4pm to 9pm.
Do services cost more in December?
No. Services have the same price on any date. Only the price of WeBoat’s own boats switches between promotional and regular.
What is the minimum number of people for All Inclusive or the snack table?
Seven people for each. A smaller group pays as if it had 7.
