Budget 1: 12 people, BBQ and cake, Sunday morning

Sunday morning has the promotional price on WeBoat’s own boats. In the afternoon, the same boat on the same route costs R$ 3,000.
Budget 2: 16 people, All Inclusive and Party Kit, Saturday afternoon

The WeBoat 390 is 39 feet long, but the Party Kit on it costs R$ 1,850, the same as on boats up to 36 feet. On the other boats from 37 to 50 feet, the kit costs R$ 2,500.
Budget 3: 22 people, All Inclusive and Party Kit, Saturday morning

From 21 people up, All Inclusive Premium drops to R$ 220 per person. That is why the larger group pays less per head than the group of 16.
What comes with All Inclusive and the Party Kit?
All Inclusive Premium includes premium meats, side dishes, caipirinha, caipvodka, gin and tonic, Moscow Mule, Fitzgerald, one round of shots, Heineken or Stella beer (2.5 liters per person), soft drinks and juice, with a grill master and a bartender on board. It costs R$ 250 per person for 7 to 10 people, R$ 240 for 11 to 15, R$ 235 for 16 to 20 and R$ 220 from 21 up.
The Premium Party & Decoration Kit includes a decorated cake table, a 15 to 20-slice cake, 50 to 100 gourmet sweets, 10 decorated cupcakes, custom exterior decoration, a balloon arch, natural decoration with flowers and foliage, decorative cushions and a custom themed banner. Since it already comes with a cake, there is no need to add another.
Can it cost less?
Yes, in three ways that do not change the group size:
- Swap Saturday for a weekday or Sunday morning: on the WeBoat 390, Route 3 drops from R$ 3,900 to R$ 3,300.
- Swap Route 3 for Route 1 (Mureta da Urca): on the Rio Star 50 on a Saturday, from R$ 5,300 to R$ 4,200.
- Bring the group’s own drinks, snacks and cake, without booking a service.
Frequently asked questions
Can I bring a cake from home?
Yes, at no charge. WeBoat’s cakes (R$ 350 to R$ 800, with or without sweets) can only be booked together with BBQ with Sides, the open bar, All Inclusive or the snack table.
Do the grill master and bartender count toward capacity?
With All Inclusive Premium, not necessarily: the crew can take the place of the grill master and bartender, and in that case they don’t take up guest spots. When they do come aboard, they still fit: the WeBoat 390 takes 16 guests with them (16 plus 2 = 18) and the Rio Star 50 takes 22 (22 plus 2 = 24). Hired professionals (DJ, photographer, open bar bartender) do count toward the limit.
How much is the Party Kit on larger boats?
Up to 36 feet, R$ 1,850. From 37 to 50 feet, R$ 2,500, with the WeBoat 390 as the exception at R$ 1,850. Above 50 feet, it is a custom quote.
Is there a minimum number of people for All Inclusive?
Yes: 7. A smaller group pays as if it had 7.
